About the Role:This is an in-office, back-office support role helping the Lead Project Manager keep construction projects running smoothly from inception to completion. The Junior Project Coordinator handles the paperwork side of the job — tracking orders, logging shipments, and keeping project records organized — while supporting the team with communication and reporting. It's a great entry point for someone detail-oriented who wants hands-on exposure to construction project management from behind the desk.

Key Responsibilities

Order & Documentation Support

• Process orders and maintain tracking logs
• Monitor ship dates and keep records up to date
• Use construction management software for project tracking and reporting

Coordination Support

• Help coordinate deliveries and installations
• Support the Lead Project Manager and project team with day-to-day scheduling and planning tasks
• Help monitor project progress against timelines and quality standards

Communication Support

• Assist with communicating updates to clients, contractors, and team members
• Help address issues promptly by relaying information between the PM and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management or project coordination a plus
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Familiarity with construction sites, processes, and safety protocols
