Junior Project Manager

Commercial Mechanical Construction | HVAC (Preferred) & Plumbing

Location: Reston, VA

Salary: $90k and up (based on experience level and project list)

Project Scope:

• Commercial HVAC-focused projects (plumbing exposure a plus)
• Mechanical construction scope: $5M – $30M+
• Multiple active projects with experienced leadership support

Qualifications:

• Experience in Commercial Construction with projects in the $5M to $30M range
• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Mechanical (MEP) projects 
• Experienced with scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with vendors/subcontractors, etc.
• Ability to support Project Managers in day-to-day project execution
• Ability to track project progress: RFI's, submittals, and change orders
• Familiarity with Procore (or similar software)

Compensation & Work Structure:

• Salary negotiable based on experience
• Bonus potential based on project performance
• Hybrid schedule — typically 3 days in office (flexible)
• Full-time, salaried role
