JOB TITLE: Junior Recruiter DEPARTMENT: Human Resources REPORTS TO: Human Resources Supervisor Experience Required
Purpose of the Position Assists with interviewing, screening, and referring applicants for clerical, technical, and administrative roles across the company. The role requires developing basic interviewing skills, understanding core personnel policies, and learning federal and state employment regulations. Under guidance from senior team members, the Junior Recruiter helps ensure candidates move smoothly through the hiring process while building foundational knowledge of employment practices and recruiting procedures.
