Junior Roofing Project Manager

What You'll Do 

• Conduct on-site roof surveys for replacement projects, taking photos and completing digital assessment forms. 

• Serve as the customer's main point of contact on installation day: greet them, set expectations, and keep them informed. 

• Audit material deliveries for completeness the morning of each install. 

• Enforce OSHA roof-safety standards with our roofing subcontractors (paid training and certification provided). 

• Source and coordinate additional materials as needed during installation. 

• Pick up surplus material after each job and return it to the supplier. 

• Manage 2 to 3 roofing jobs per day, keeping each one moving and every customer happy. 

What We're Looking For 

• No experience required. We provide full training. 

• Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops. 

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (this role requires daily driving). 

• Strong customer-service instincts and clear communication. 

• Ability to multitask and stay organized across multiple job sites in a day. 

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. 

Compensation & Schedule 

• $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience. 

• Full-time, based out of our El Cajon office with daily travel to job sites across the branch.
