MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Junior RPA Developer to join our team. This is a remote position. As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering tailored UiPath solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organization. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, collaboration across teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. The position is remote with the possibility of occasional client site travel.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Implement or modify RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, REFramework, and associated automation tools.
• Debug complex software components and automation workflows.
• Conduct unit testing and provide demonstrations of completed work to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, process owners, and other team members to deliver robust solutions.
• Provide change logs and documentation necessary to adhere to product build and release guidelines.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Participate in and contribute to Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Engage directly with stakeholders and end-users to gather process requirements and provide product demonstrations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Math, or related field 1+ years of comparable work experience.
• 1+ years of hands-on RPA development experience using UiPath.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and applying Agile principles.
• Familiarity with software development pipelines for deployment (e.g., Azure DevOps or comparable tools).
• Demonstrated ability to design and build technical solutions using UiPath technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within large, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Organized and methodical approach to development and problem-solving.
• UiPath certifications.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, SQL queries, and custom VB.NET or C# scripts within UiPath.
• Security Plus certification

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Most possess US citizenship and a current Secret level clearance or higher

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $63,500.00-$105,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
