As an Junior Sales Executive, you'll introduce customers to AT&T Fiber's industry‑leading reliability. You'll have sales conversations about their current frustrations, explain how fiber solves them, and close with confidence. Each sale the Junior Sales Executive completes includes a follow‑up to confirm their connection stays strong even during peak hours.

Responsibilities of the Junior Sales Executive

  • Engage directly with customers to discuss how Fiber internet connectivity supports streaming, remote work, gaming, and everyday online usage.
  • Reinforce sales growth by presenting AT&T Fiber plans and promotions in a clear, customer-friendly, and value-focused manner.
  • Assist customers throughout the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition from initial interest to active service setup.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and sales communication to strengthen customer relationships and improve overall sales conversion opportunities.
  • Contribute to territory performance by supporting customer acquisition, service participation, and long-term sales development efforts.
