We are hiring motivated and aspiring sales representatives to spend the first phase of their career generating opportunities in the field through neighborhood outreach, events, and homeowner engagement across the Greater Phoenix area.
From there, top performers are promoted into a Lighting Consultant role, where they run in-home consultations, design custom lighting plans, and close high-ticket residential projects on warm company-generated leads.
If you have experience in canvassing for solar, roofing, alarms, pest control, windows, HVAC, water treatment, home improvement, or other field-marketing industries, you already understand the fundamentals of creating conversations and generating opportunities.
We're looking for someone who is ready to apply those skills within a premium home enhancement company with a clear long-term growth path.
Phase 1: Junior Sales Representative
During the first 3–6 months, you will:
Canvass assigned neighborhoods throughout the Greater Phoenix area
Introduce homeowners to permanent outdoor lighting systems and smart exterior lighting technology
Generate and confirm qualified in-home consultations for the sales team
Represent the company at home shows, trade shows, and community events
Learn the product, installation process, and customer experience firsthand
Shadow senior Lighting Consultants during consultations and project walkthroughs
Build territory awareness and create self-generated opportunities
Consistently hit weekly activity and appointment-setting benchmarks
Phase 2: Lighting Consultant
After successful promotion into the Lighting Consultant role, you will:
Run in-home and virtual consultations on company-generated leads
Design customized lighting plans for residential projects
Educate homeowners on product options, design possibilities, and smart lighting functionality
Manage the sales process from consultation to signed agreement
Generate referral and repeat business opportunities
Earn uncapped commission on closed projects
Continue building your territory and professional reputation within the market

What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in canvassing, field marketing, D2D, lead generation, or appointment setting
Experience in solar, roofing, alarms, pest control, HVAC, windows, water treatment, or similar industries is highly preferred
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with homeowners
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
Organized and CRM disciplined
Reliable transportation and valid Arizona driver's license
Available for weekday evenings and select Saturdays
