About the Role:


We’re looking for a dynamic, driven Junior Sales Representative to strengthen our inside sales operations and grow with us in the booming HVAC industry. If you’re passionate about helping customers, eager to master technical products, and ready to launch a thriving career in B2B sales — this is your opportunity to make an impact and grow fast with a market leader.


What You’ll Do:


  • Support the sales team with lead generation, client outreach, and proactive follow-ups
  • Manage customer orders, assist in preparing quotes and custom proposals
  • Build strong product expertise and contribute to solution-based selling strategies
  • Partner closely with Account Managers to nurture and expand client relationships
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to bring promotions and campaigns to life
What We’re Looking For:


  • At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner with a positive, can-do attitude and a team-first spirit
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong bonus!
