Junior Sales Representative

Jacksonville, FL | Full Time Position

Looking for a role where you can learn by doing? First Coast Sales Group is adding a Junior Sales Representative to its Jacksonville team!

You’ll receive paid training before working directly with prospective customers. With support from experienced mentors, you’ll learn how to start conversations, understand customer needs, explain available services, and complete the sales process accurately!

Your Role

• Meet with prospective customers
• Learn customer needs through thoughtful questions
• Explain approved products, pricing, and terms
• Help customers select suitable options
• Complete applications and update activity records
• Use coaching and feedback to improve your performance
• Contribute to individual and team sales goals
• Follow all client, brand, and consumer-protection guidelines

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need a sales background to succeed here. You should be:

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable meeting new people
• Motivated to learn and develop professionally
• Reliable, organized, and open to coaching
• Available Monday–Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Able to travel to assigned locations in the Jacksonville area
• A high school graduate or equivalent

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing, athletics, or team leadership is a plus!
