Travel: Approximately 40-50% (8-10 days per month)

What you'll be doing

• Shadow experienced sales professionals on customer visits, prospect meetings and industry events across the territory
• \n
• Support account growth by building relationships, tracking opportunities and identifying new business prospects
• \n
• Develop expertise in consultative selling, pricing strategy and territory planning
• \n
• Gradually take ownership of customer accounts as your capability and confidence grow
• \n

What you'll bring

\n

• \n
• 1-5 years' experience in inside sales, sales support, customer-facing commercial roles or similar
• \n
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to build a career in external sales
• \n
• High levels of coachability, curiosity and willingness to learn
• \n
• Ability to travel throughout the territory and hold a valid driver's licence
• \n
