Junior Sales Support Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-impact sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Prospect and close new residential accounts through direct outreach.
- Hit daily sales quotas to keep our team in the #1 spot.
- Position Lumen as the superior choice over cable competitors.
- Participate in daily sales training and pitch practice.
- Compete for internal promotions and leadership milestones.
- Represent the brand with a sharp, professional image.
- Report daily production metrics to leadership.
Junior Sales Support Qualifications:
- Background in sports or high-pressure environments is a plus.
- A "hunter" mentality that loves winning and hitting targets.
- High motivation for uncapped commissions and growth.
