Job Summary (List Format) Salesforce BA/Product Owner

- Serve as a Junior Salesforce Business Analyst/Product Owner supporting Salesforce projects and initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders, end users, and delivery teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into actionable user stories with clear and detailed acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with business and technical teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives.
- Conduct requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings to clarify and refine business needs.
- Ensure user stories are ready for development by validating requirements and dependencies.
- Work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to support solution delivery.
- Understand and support business processes related to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., watsonx orchestrate (BOB), Salesforce Agentforce) to accelerate story creation and analysis.
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills.
- Support the final review and approval of user stories and business requirements.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile management platforms.

Required Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to Salesforce platform projects and implementations.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining product backlogs.
- Strong client-facing communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator certification or significant Salesforce experience.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience with AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce, BOB).
- Experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Agile management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
