Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Junior SAP Analyst to join our Enterprise Systems team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between core business operations and technical solutions, focusing on SAP S/4HANA implementations and operational support across procurement, inventory, or financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Process & System Support: Assist in mapping, analyzing, and documenting core business processes within SAP S/4HANA.
• \n
• Functional Assistance: Support day-to-day configuration, master data maintenance, and user access workflows across procurement, inventory, or finance modules.
• \n
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a communication bridge between operational business users and technical delivery teams to clarify functional requirements.
• \n
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Help execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), reproduce system issues, and track resolutions for enterprise workflows.
• \n
• Documentation & Training: Maintain process documentation, release notes, and end-user training guides.

  Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • \n
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of practical experience or internship exposure working with ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA.
  • \n
  • Domain Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of core business concepts in procurement, inventory control, or corporate finance.
  • \n
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with a structured, data-driven approach to troubleshooting.
  • \n
  • Communication: Strong writen and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to specific SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), or Financial Accounting (FI/CO).

  • Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
