As a P6 Scheduler, you will work closely with the Scheduling Manager and project teams to develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6. You'll play a key role in supporting project planning, monitoring performance, and helping ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Partner with the Scheduling Manager, Project Managers, and project teams to create, update, and manage detailed project schedules in Primavera P6.
Support the planning, organization, execution, and control of construction projects to help achieve schedule, budget, and overall project objectives.
Assist project teams in proactively identifying scheduling issues and implementing solutions that contribute to successful project delivery.
Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to ensure accurate project controls and alignment with contractual requirements.
Establish, maintain, and monitor project performance baselines.
Prepare and distribute consolidated weekly and monthly reports highlighting cost performance, forecasting, trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
Monitor project progress by analyzing schedule and cost performance against established plans.
Identify schedule and budget variances, communicate the root causes, and recommend mitigation or recovery strategies.
Assist in developing recovery plans for projects that fall behind schedule or exceed budget expectations.
Review project schedules prepared by others to ensure they are logical, complete, and compliant with contractual obligations.
Support data analysis, validation, and data mining initiatives to improve project benchmarks and reporting accuracy.
Coordinate project risk reviews with management and provide regular status updates on identified risks.
Provide organizational and administrative support to Project Managers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of project engineer, field engineer or scheduling experience on construction projects.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong technology skills to include Microsoft Projects and Primavera. - P6 experience is required.
