Requirements
Support daily kitchen operations and lead during service
Execute seasonal menus with consistency and creativity
Train and mentor line cooks and prep team
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and organization
Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control
Collaborate with FOH to deliver an exceptional guest experience
What We're Looking For:
2+ years kitchen experience (lead line or supervisor preferred)
Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
