Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Perform account reconciliations and validate financial reporting against source system data
• 
  
• Research discrepancies and assist with resolving reconciling items in a timely manner
• 
  
• Support cash application and transaction review activities to ensure accuracy and completeness
• 
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather information and resolve issues
• 
  
• Maintain accurate records while meeting established deadlines and quality standards
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 1-5 years of accounting, finance, reconciliation, accounts receivable, or related experience
• 
  
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs (or XLOOKUPs)
• 
  
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• 
  

Schedule

Hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite and remote Fridays. Initial training schedule will align with team needs.
