Staff Accountant
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
• Communicate with customers and vendors to collect payments and process checks
• Process incoming and outgoing payments accurately and timely
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare month-end financial reporting packages
• Present monthly financial results to leadership
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience; wholesale or distribution experience a plus
• Strong Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Clear, responsive communicator
• Mandarin proficiency preferred to support vendor and partner communication
