If you’re an IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and getting exposure to a variety of technologies, this is a great opportunity to grow your systems administration experience in a unique, mission-driven environment. We’re looking for a Junior Systems Administrator to provide escalated help desk support while partnering with the infrastructure team on systems, networking, and technology projects. This is a hands-on, highly varied position where you’ll work across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune, PowerShell, user administration, and application support.

What You’ll Do as a Junior Systems Administrator:

Handle escalated help desk tickets and troubleshoot technical issues
Support user setup, account creation, cleanup, and administration
Provide support across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments
Partner with the network administrator on infrastructure and technology projects
Assist with implementation and setup of new software and applications
Support endpoint and device management
Work on a variety of day-to-day systems, application, and user support needs

What We’re Looking For in a Junior Systems Administrator:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
Experience with PowerShell
Exposure to Google Workspace / Google Admin
Experience with endpoint management tools such as Jamf and Intune
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting end users
Interest in growing into a technical more senior system admin level
Ability to work onsite in San Francisco Monday-Friday
