Description

Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders and end-users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process flowsTranslate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, use cases, and system design documents for the development teamAssist in the functional configuration, setup, and maintenance of PeopleSoft modules to meet business requirementsParticipate in all phases of the testing lifecycle, including creating test plans, writing test scripts, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Act as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting system issues, performing initial analysis, and collaborating with technical teams for resolutionDevelop and maintain critical documentation, including functional design documents, process flow diagrams, user guides, and training materialsProvide ongoing functional support and training to end-users to promote system adoption and efficiencyUtilize SQL and PeopleSoft Query Manager to perform data analysis, generate reports, and validate data integrityAssist senior analysts in identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancementsRequired Skills Experience in financial analysis and modelingExperience with Data Visualization and tools such as TableauExperience with data mining and dataset analysisFamiliarity with SQL or OracleBonus Points Familiarity with reading PeopleCode and SQR to understand existing system logic is a strong plusProficiency in writing SQL queries for data analysis and reportingUnderstanding of PeopleSoft architecture, core modules (e.g., HCM, FSCM), and navigationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a liaison between technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailEagerness to learn and a strong desire to develop a deep understanding of business processes and systems analysisSecurity Clearance Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearanceCompensation As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland .
