POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are looking to hire a Junior TPM (Temporary) to join our Grid & Energy Services team to assist and support in managing and maintaining delivery tools and dashboards, ensuring strong Azure DevOps and supporting AI-enabled tooling enhancements and provide foundational dashboard upkeep and reporting. The ideal candidate will be enrolled in an Engineering, Computer Science OR related field. This hire will work closely various engineering teams. This position will be based out of Santa Clara, California and is required to be on-site.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure strong Azure DevOps (ADO) hygiene by organizing work items, maintaining consistency, managing templates, and keeping links up to date
- Assist with tooling enhancements and small code improvements using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude-style agents)
- Manage and troubleshoot ADO dashboards, including queries, widgets, and sprint/KPI tracking views
- Create and maintain documentation for tooling standards and updates within the ADO Wiki
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Foundational knowledge of Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies
- Comfortable leveraging AI-powered coding tools for development tasks
- Strong attention to detail with an interest in tooling, systems, and operational workflows
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Solid understanding of python code and be able to debug existing code
- Interest in technical program management

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
