About the Role
We are seeking a thoughtful and collaborative UX Designer to help create intuitive, accessible, and meaningful digital experiences.
In this role, you will guide the design of features and defined product experiences from discovery through delivery, translating user needs and business requirements into clear, effective solutions.
As a mid-level UX Designer, you will work with a meaningful degree of independence while partnering closely with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and business executives. You should be comfortable navigating complex design challenges, making informed design decisions, and clearly communicating the rationale behind your work.
This role is ideal for an UX designer who has developed a strong foundation in user-centered design, works collaboratively within a growing team, and is ready to take on complex UX interfaces in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What You'll Do
  • Drive the UX design process for features and defined product areas, from early discovery and concept development through detailed design and implementation.
  • Translate user needs, research findings, business goals, and technical requirements into intuitive and effective user experiences.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to explore and communicate solutions.
  • Plan and participate in user research and usability testing, incorporating insights and feedback into design decisions.
  • Present design concepts and recommendations to cross-functional partners and stakeholders, while clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
  • Contribute to and apply established design systems, patterns, and accessibility standards to create consistent experiences.
  • Participate in design critiques and collaborative working sessions, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Partner with engineers throughout implementation to maintain design quality and address questions or constraints as they arise.
  • Surface qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate existing experiences and identify opportunities for improvement through UXR, user testing, and analytical reviews.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting established timelines.

What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in UX design, product design, interaction design (IxD), or a related field, with a strong foundation in human-computer interaction (HCI) and user-centered design.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking, problem-solving abilities, and experience creating user-centered digital products or services.
  • A strong foundation in human-computer interaction (HCI), interaction design (IxD), information architecture, usability, accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.2 Level AA) for inclusive design, and user-centered design principles.
  • Experience moving design work from problem definition and early concepts through prototyping, testing, and implementation.
  • Experience designing complex workflows, enterprise products, data-rich applications, or multi-step user journeys.
  • Experience conducting or supporting user interviews, usability studies, or other forms of UX research.
  • Strong proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and communicate design decisions in relation to user needs, evidence, and product goals.
  • Comfort working independently on moderately complex problems while seeking input and guidance when appropriate.
  • Strong attention to detail, curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice to Have
  • Interest and experience executing UX Content Strategy, Content Writing, and/or Content Management Systems (Very nice to have, though not necessary).
  • Experience working with or contributing to a design system.
  • Familiarity with agile or iterative product development environments.
