Junk Removal Driver and Crew Member - Full Time
Earn $23-$28 per hour in total compensation, including daily tips and bonus opportunities.
We are hiring full-time drivers and crew members to join The Junkluggers of Queens & Long Island. We are an eco-friendly junk removal company serving Queens and Long Island. We donate and recycle as much as possible from every haul while delivering outstanding customer service.
Compensation and perks
• Starting base pay: $17-$20 per hour
• Daily cash and credit card tips
• Monthly bonus opportunities after 3 months of training
• $500 driver sign-on bonus after driver approval and 3 months of driving; DOT card, required defensive-driving, or ticket costs may be deducted from the bonus
• Raise eligibility after 6 months of training

What you will do
• Work with a teammate to complete junk removal jobs
• Lift, load, and transport furniture and household items safely
• Deliver excellent customer service at every stop
• Drivers operate company trucks; training is provided
• Crew members support jobs on the truck and at customer locations
• Help maintain trucks, equipment, and a safe work environment
What we are looking for
• Driver applicants must be age 23 or older with a valid, clean driver's license
• A driver's license is a plus for crew-member applicants but is not required for every crew position
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly and stay active throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors and using mobile apps on the job
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn; no prior junk removal experience is required
