Position Overview
Veterans Easy Trash Service LLC is looking for a reliable and hardworking Junk Removal Non-CDL Dump Truck Driver to join our full-time team in Matthews, NC! The ideal candidate has a clean driving record, non-CDL dump truck driving experience, is safety-focused and dependable, with a strong work ethic and a team-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Driving & Equipment Operation
- Safely operate company trucks and dump trailers to and from job sites
- Load, transport, and unload junk, trash, and debris
- Perform basic vehicle and trailer inspections before and after shifts
- Follow all DOT, traffic, and company safety regulations
- Comply with guidelines at dump sites and transfer stations
- Maintain a clean driving record and report any incidents immediately
Junk Removal & Crew Work
- Remove junk, trash, furniture, appliances, construction debris, and other materials from residential and commercial sites
- Lift, carry, and load heavy items (often 50–100+ lbs)
- Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete jobs on time
- Maintain job site cleanliness and professionalism
- Interact respectfully with customers when needed
Qualifications & Requirements- Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)
- Clean driving record
- Driving experience with non-CDL dump trucks and trailers preferred
- Ability to safely tow and maneuver a dump trailer
- Physically able to consistently lift heavy objects (up to 75lbs) and work in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Experience in junk removal, moving, construction, landscaping, or demolition preferred
- Military or veteran background (a plus, but not required)
