Junk Removal & Route Sales

Overview:1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Site Sales & Laborer to join our team! This is a physically active, customer-facing role where you'll provide on-site estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items for our customers. We're hiring ambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. 

Location: Chesapeake, VA serving the greater Virginia Beach areaJob Type: Full-TimePay: $23–$30/hr+ (Total Compensation)including:

• $13/hr base rate
• Tips
• Profit share & performance incentives - Get a share of every job completed!
• Overtime

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site pricing and confidently close sales
• Load, lift, and remove items from homes and businesses
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
• Work efficiently with a team to complete daily routes
• Keep trucks clean and organized

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• 21+ Years and older
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Schedule:

• 8–12 hour shifts
• 1 weekend shift and 3-4 weekday shifts expectations
