Junk Removal Specialist and Customer Service Labor

What You’ll Be Doing: As a Junk Removal Specialist, you’ll ride along in our shiny 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks, visit customers on-site, and provide exceptional service by:

• Performing walkthroughs with customers to identify items for removal

• Clearly explaining our upfront pricing and service process

• Safely removing and loading unwanted items (furniture, appliances, yard waste, etc.)

• Providing a positive, professional, and respectful customer experience

• Working closely with your team to complete each job efficiently

What We’re Looking For: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent customer service and communication skills Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Valid driver’s license (preferred but not always required) Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for most of the day Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to learn
