JOB SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the Nurse Supervisor, is responsible for providing medical care, administering medications, completing health assessments, and coordinating medical appointments within the Juvenile Justice Center.

Do you possess one (1) year of full-time nursing experience in a pediatric, psychiatric, correctional or emergency setting, including experience treating youth for illness or diseases?

At Williamson County Juvenile Services, the protection and safety of the youth that we serve is our #1 priority. For that reason, we will screen all candidates that move forward in the process for positions of trust with children with The Diana Screen. The Diana Screen is a sexual risk screening tool used by Williamson County Juvenile Services to screen candidates moving forward in the process to work or volunteer with our youth. The Diana Screen is administered on a computer in our office and takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. The Diana Screen helps to identify people who may step over a sexual boundary line or who may present a sexual risk to children and teens. The Diana Screen is used as one part of Williamson County Juvenile Services overall application/interview/screening process. By completing The Diana Screen you are helping to make Williamson County Juvenile Services as safe as possible for the youth in our care.
