• Shift: Variable shifts (7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, 11pm–7am)
• Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours for full-time; part-time hours vary
• Employment Type: Full-time preferred/Part-time
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License, PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, FBI Background Clearance
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience, 2 professional references, high school diploma or GED required

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support adjudicated youth during daily routines and activities
• Escort residents to and from school, medical, and dental appointments
• Monitor residents during meals, recreational activities, and behavioral therapy groups
• Assist with hygiene routines, room checks, and documentation
• Support residents during religious services and nighttime routines
• Ensure safety and compliance with facility policies
• Maintain accurate records and report any incidents or concerns

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Driver’s License (front and back copy)
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 professional references
• 2 Years of Experience 
• Ability to pass physical, drug screen, and background checks (FBI, PA Child Abuse, PA State Police)

Preferred:

• Experience working with youth or in juvenile care settings
• Strong supervision and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules
