JV Boys Basketball Coach

Whitefish Bay High School has an opening for a Junior Varsity (JV) Boys Basketball Coach. The ideal candidate must hold athletes to a high standard and are passionate about developing young athletes. We are looking for someone committed to fostering a positive and competitive team environment. Interested candidates should have previous basketball coaching or playing experience, good communication skills and be organized.

Preferred Coaching Criteria:

• Previous experience coaching/competing in the sport
• Knowledge of the fundamentals, training, rules, and strategy of the sport
• Ability to effectively communicate with athletes, parents, and administration
• Develop and implement game strategy and position assignments
• Monitor and maintain the discipline and conduct of student athletes to support the image and reputation of the athletics program.
• Being timely and willing to go the extra mile for the program.
