Project Overview
SAP America is seeking a skilled JVA Functional Consultant fluent in both German and English to support a large-scale SAP PRA/GPA/JVA/PSA implementation for a leading Oil & Gas client. The focus is on Upstream Finance operations, with critical involvement in the Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) and Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) areas.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with German- and English-speaking stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment.

Deliver end-to-end solutions for PRA (Production Revenue Accounting), GPA (Gas Processing Accounting), JVA, and PSA.
- Lead the design, build, and testing phases of JVA/PSA functionalities.

Coordinate project efforts with ExxonMobil teams located in Germany, the United States, and Latin America.

Operate within the Record-to-Report (R2R) process framework and the Polaris implementation methodology.

Support key deployment phases, including cutover planning, go-live, and post-go-live Hypercare.

Manage and track progress using Azure DevOps (ADO) Kanban board and ensure timely updates of user stories.

Align deliverables with SAP product teams, ensuring accurate documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer.
Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory fluency in German and English

Proven experience in SAP JVA/PSA implementation in an Oil & Gas industry context

Strong understanding of Upstream Finance processes
