Duties

We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Special Education Paraprofessional to support students in Kindergarten through Grade 1. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with special education teachers and general education staff to provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support, helping young learners build foundational skills and thrive in an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

Must meet Illinois paraprofessional licensure requirements, including holding a valid Illinois Paraprofessional Educator (PEL) License.

Salary/Benefits

Salary will be discussed during the interview process and is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and applicable district salary schedules.

Additional Notes

Bilingual is a plus.
