Description

• Supervise all phases of K-12 construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure compliance with established timelines and financial goals.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers to address concerns and provide updates.
• Resolve any on-site issues that may arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Profile

A successful K-12 Construction - Superintendent should have:

• Experience managing K-12 construction projects.

Job Offer
