The School District of Oakfield is accepting applications for a full time K-12 Math Intervention Coach for the 2026-27 school year. The School District of Oakfield has been rated by the Department of Public Instruction as one of the best small schools in Wisconsin. The elementary school is a 4K-5 with an enrollment of 255 students middle and high school are housed in the same building with a 6-12 enrollment of 293 students. There is a strong tradition of academics, athletics and the community is supportive of academic achievement.

Qualifications required:

  • Wisconsin Teacher Certification to teach one or more grade levels and content areas and/or a math major or minor
  • Minimum of three years of classroom teaching experience
  • Strong knowledge of research-based math instruction
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners, includig GT, EL, and Special Education students
  • Experience with curriculum design, development, and implementation
  • Experience planning and leading professional learning for educators
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues

This position will implement literacy intervention services across a K-12 setting to support students who require additional instruction in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. This position will also provide leadership and expertise to improve overall student performance by partnering with classroom teachers to strengthen Tier I instruction and deliver targeted Tier II and III supports. Build teacher capacity through coaching, modeling, and collaborative planning to ensure the consistent use of high-quality, differentiated, and research-based literacy practices. Use data to identify student needs, monitor progress and guide instructional decisions.

This full-time position is a 190 day teaching contract. It includes excellent benefits:
