It has a strong presence in the industry and is committed to delivering high-quality results for its clients, particularly in the K-12 sector.Job DescriptionDevelop and manage pre-construction budgets, schedules, and project plans for K-12 construction projects. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client goals. Analyze project specifications and provide accurate cost estimates to facilitate decision-making. Lead value engineering efforts to optimize project costs and resources without compromising quality. Coordinate and manage subcontractor bidding and selection processes. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions effectively to clients and internal teams.
