K12 Bid Coordinator

Our K12 Sales Team is looking for a detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our collaborative team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated, and interested in building a career in the food industry.

Your essential duties:

• Manage various types of government bids and large contracts.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit bids with all required information and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Purchasing and Sales teams to obtain pricing from vendors and suppliers.
• Recommend specific products to Sales Team Leads based on bid requirements.
• Research bids and customers, then organize and review bid documentation.
• Review contracts and bids to ensure all applicable rules, regulations, and requirements are followed.
• Develop knowledge of the food and shipping industries to better understand bid specifications and requirements.
• Help keep the bid process organized and on schedule by identifying, tracking, and documenting required work throughout the process.
• Perform detailed responsibilities in a fast-paced sales office where accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
• Learn and use relevant terminology when communicating with Sales, Logistics, and Purchasing.
• A genuine enthusiasm for AI and emerging technology, with a willingness to apply modern tools to support completion of daily tasks.
