K12: Math Center Director (Plano, TX)

A rapidly expanding after-school enrichment company is hiring a Center Director for its Plano location as it scales toward a national presence. This role sits at the intersection of operations, customer experience, and team leadership — you'll be the face of the center for families and the backbone for the instructional team behind the scenes. The right candidate brings a proactive, people-first energy: someone who can de-escalate a frustrated parent, run a tight schedule, and keep enrollment numbers climbing. Strong candidates from STEM programs, tutoring centers, or K-12 education administration are especially encouraged to apply.

If you have…

• 2+ years of operational or administrative experience in a STEM after-school program or enrichment center
• Comfort managing high-volume enrollment operations and center logistics, including data tracking and teacher scheduling
• Sales instincts and parent-facing communication skills — ability to guide conversations, understand family needs, and drive enrollment decisions
• Experience supporting or managing instructional staff in an educational setting
• A Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in education operations considered
