Job Description
Direct on-site construction operations to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Collaborate with subcontractors, design teams, and project stakeholders to support successful project delivery. Monitor project milestones and drive schedule performance to meet completion goals. Maintain consistent communication and accurate project records throughout all phases of construction. Ensure all work aligns with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and organizational values.

The Successful Applicant
Strong leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and communication. Extensive experience in managing education construction projects. Proven ability to maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Deep understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance. Commitment to delivering mission-driven projects with integrity and professionalism.
