About the Role:
White Oak Baptist Church in Greenville, SC is looking for a passionate and nurturing K3 Teacher to join their early childhood education team. Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for 3-year-old students in a faith-based classroom setting
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Incorporate Christian values and biblical principles into daily curriculum and classroom culture
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities
• Manage classroom behavior using positive, developmentally appropriate strategies
• Collaborate with church staff and fellow educators to support program goals and special events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with preschool or early childhood age groups (ages 3–5)
• Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Strong commitment to Christian faith and values
• Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with young children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with families and staff
• Ability to pass a background check as required by the church
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
