Position Summary We are growing and have an immediate opening for a qualified professional Truck Driver (CDL-B) in Oahu, HI. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver and pick up dry, chill, and frozen freight to various customers across the island of Oahu. We provide a great work environment and benefits!

Responsibilities

Handle deliveries and pickups on Oahu, HI. Plan daily routes and follow the delivery schedules. Complete a daily truck log and submit reports of mileage. Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately. Manage routes and routines. Find ways to conserve resources, including fuel, to benefit the business. Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public. Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the end of the shift and report any problems or damage to management. Move ocean containers in and out of the dock doors or around the truck yard. Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience. Minimum 21 years of age. Must have less than 3 minor moving violations, and no major moving violations. Valid Hawaii Class B license. Clean Motor Vehicle Report, (showing 10-year driving history) within 30 days of presentation. May need to be required to obtain military clearance. Experience with refrigerated & frozen products, preferred. Pallet jack and hand truck experience required. Forklift (sit down or stand up) experience is a plus.
