SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER

Qualifications: Current/In-process Indiana Mild Intervention and/or Intensive Intervention Teacher license.

Duties/Responsibilities: Instruct students in areas of basic academics (reading, writing, language, and math) social skills, pre-vocational skills and behavioral management. Develop and implement IEPs and ITPs aligned to content standards; develop lesson plans, document student progress/activities/outcomes; meet prescribed timelines; build and maintain working relationships with personnel, parents and community agencies to benefit students in the Functional Skills program.
