What You'll Do:

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll lead by example, inspire your team, and drive operational excellence throughout the Guest experience. From floor management to team coaching, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Lead daily restaurant operations with poise, professionalism, and urgency
    • Deliver consistent, elevated hospitality as both host and experience guide
    • Develop and mentor front-of-house Team Members through feedback and leadership
    • Manage Guest flow, reservations and high-volume service with precision
    • Execute and uphold all M Street standards and procedures
    • Identify opportunities to add value to the Guest experience
    • Champion organizational goals and shift priorities seamlessly when needed
    • Build a positive, accountable team culture rooted in data, communication, and trust
    • Maintaining impeccable professionalism, poise, and energy throughout the shift
    • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience (fine dining/high-volume preferred)
  • Corporate and independent restaurant experience preferred 
  • A proven ability to lead, inspire and hold teams accountable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Data-driven decision-making and process ownership
  • Calm, solutions-oriented presence under pressure
  • Flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and Guest connection
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
