What You'll Do:
As an Assistant General Manager, you'll lead by example, inspire your team, and drive operational excellence throughout the Guest experience. From floor management to team coaching, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic, high-performance environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Lead daily restaurant operations with poise, professionalism, and urgency
Deliver consistent, elevated hospitality as both host and experience guide
Develop and mentor front-of-house Team Members through feedback and leadership
Manage Guest flow, reservations and high-volume service with precision
Execute and uphold all M Street standards and procedures
Identify opportunities to add value to the Guest experience
Champion organizational goals and shift priorities seamlessly when needed
Build a positive, accountable team culture rooted in data, communication, and trust
Maintaining impeccable professionalism, poise, and energy throughout the shift
Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of restaurant management experience (fine dining/high-volume preferred)
Corporate and independent restaurant experience preferred
A proven ability to lead, inspire and hold teams accountable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Data-driven decision-making and process ownership
Calm, solutions-oriented presence under pressure
Flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement
A genuine passion for hospitality and Guest connection
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
