A warm, active, and welcoming family is seeking a highly experienced, full-time nanny to support their two daughters, ages 6 months and 2 years. This role works closely with an existing Norland nanny, who will be primarily responsible for the 2-year-old. The focus for this role is primarily on the baby, with some regular care of both children, particularly on weekends.
The household is warm, health-conscious, and relationship-driven. The family prioritizes trust, mutual respect, and open communication.
The family resides in downtown Austin, TX, and travels frequently. The household is casual in tone but maintains high professional standards. There are no pets, and both parents work demanding jobs outside the home. The ideal candidate is positive, calm, flexible, developmentally focused, discreet, and genuinely enjoys being part of a close-knit household team caring for children. This role requires domestic and international travel.
