Job Description
As a Manager within Kearney's Digital & Analytics (D&A) practice, you will be a core leader in our Digital Operations team, specializing in Connected Planning.
In this role, you will help global organizations reimagine and optimize their planning functions using integrated business processes, end to end data capabilities, advanced analytics, and best-in-class planning platforms. You will work with clients across industries to lead complex planning engagements, guide teams in delivering measurable cost and efficiency value, and shape the future of connected planning at Kearney.

We want to hear from you if you:
- Experienced: An MBA (preferred) and 8+ years in consulting or supply chain planning roles, ideally within a top-tier consulting firm or digital-focused organization. 2+ years experience working as a management consultant is required.
- Functionally grounded: Deep understanding of end-to-end planning process (demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, SIOP / S&OP and IBP), with experience driving transformation programs across industries such as consumer goods, healthcare, retail, and industrials.
- Technically strong: Hands-on experience with planning platforms and analytics tools (e.g., o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
- Digitally and AI fluent: Understands how to integrate planning data, platforms, and analytics into large-scale operational transformations. Able to leverage AI to deliver optimized client outcomes.
- Leader and collaborator: You thrive in managing cross-functional teams and partnering closely with clients at every stage of the journey. You have had leadership roles on projects with significant client-facing responsibilities.
- Structured thinker: Can navigate ambiguity, break down complex information and problems, and create clear, actionable solutions.
- Academically accomplished: Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Curious and entrepreneurial: Eager to build, scale, and influence a high-growth capability within a global firm.
- Are located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, New York, San Francisco, Toronto, Washington D.C.
Key Responsibilities
Connected Planning Delivery
- Lead end-to-end connected planning projects using digital tools like o9, Kinaxis, and Blue Yonder to design and enable efficient, resilient, and value-drive supply chain planning processes.
- Serve as the day-to-day leader on client engagements-overseeing delivery quality, managing workstreams, and fostering trusted advisor relationships.
- Translate executive priorities into analytical models and digital tools that support decision-making across demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, SIOP / S&OP and IBP.
Team Leadership
- Coach and mentor junior consultants; actively contribute to the development of Kearney's connected planning capabilities and talent.
Practice Development
- Collaborate with practice leadership to develop client proposals, participate in business development, and shape proprietary connected planning offerings.
- Help drive innovation in the firm's connected planning approach-developing new IP, reusable assets, and thought leadership.

Manager compensation - $212,000 - $235,000: It is important to note that at Kearney, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills. Kearney reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
