Keltia Internships - Recruitment - CAD Training Support - 1104

Our student 90-day internships are for typically for students who are required to complete a 90-day internship as a part of their college / school curriculum. Our internship programs provides interns with a broad range of experience to support our CAD Design, CAD Training and/or Technical Recruiting activities in Seattle and support our office in Ireland too.

Example of work schedule: typical flexible work schedule is tailored around the needs of the Keltia and the student. We will try to start and finish at the same time each day as much as possible. There may also be events to attend such as trade shows, job fairs, schools, colleges etc. in different locations that you will be invited to attend

General Internship requirements :

1. Pass remote online aptitude test in advance of internship

2. English proficiency B2

3. Technical or Business Studies

4. Three-month minimum duration, from 2 to 20 hours per week

5. Must sign code of conduct in advance

6. Must be willing to work flexible hours from time to time

7. Willing to attend events and conduct webinars

8. Approx 80% of the work week will be recruitment support, phone calls, emails, text messages, admin paperwork, filing etc example: 20% CAD Support, webinars, 3D modelling etc

9. Keltia requires to have prior correspondence from the students College/School supervisor with all relevant paperwork reviewed and approved in advance of internship start date

10. Keltia will follow all applicable employment laws in Ireland

Job Specification for Recruiting: (approx. 80% of the Internship work week for all interns, technical and business)

The role of a recruitment intern is to help our busy recruiting, sales and marketing office to develop our business to the next level. It is very sales orientated, although it also involves helping individuals and organizations. The key aim of the role is to help our office achieve monthly targets to meet the needs of the business while maintaining excellent relationships with candidates and clients alike.

Key Accountabilities

• Help our recruiters develop our presence in the Aerospace & Space Industy by using sales, business development, innovative marketing techniques using Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogging etc and networking in order to attract business from client companies;
• Working towards targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated;
• Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, e.g., newspapers, websites, magazines;
• Using social media using such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers;

Job Description for CAD Support: (approx 20% to of the Internship work week for tech interns)

The to help with our CAD Support/Training projects using CAD programs such as Solidworks, CATIA, NX, Inventor AutoCAD, Revit etc

Key Accountabilities

• Create 3D Models 2D CAD drawings, for Mechanical Equipment or Fabrication Projects
• Amending project documentation as required
• Maintaining a register of all works and revisions to include time utilized on each project
• Drawing skill and awareness in CAD 2D/3D
• Capable of delivering CAD drawings and models to clients specifications and deadlines
• Experience in Solidworks & CATIA or other CAD program
• High level of attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office suite-excel & word.
• Flexible approach to working with ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Excellent written and reporting skills
• Technical approach to problem solving
