If you cannot work at least alternating weekends and holidays, we ask that you DO NOT APPLY.Position Overview:As a Kennel Attendant, you'll play a hands-on role in the daily care of dogs staying with us. This includes feeding, bathing, walking, cleaning, and monitoring behavior to ensure each pet's comfort and safety. You'll work closely with other team members to maintain a clean, positive, and organized environment.This job keeps you moving-expect to be lifting, bending, and on your feet most of your shift. You must be comfortable working both indoors and outside, in various weather conditions including the heat and rain.Typical duties include:Monitoring and interacting with dogs in group and individual settingsCleaning suites, play areas, and common spacesProviding basic grooming tasks such as bathingEnsuring pets are eating, drinking, and acting normallyUpdating notes and pet care logs in our softwareAssisting with client communication and facility tours when neededAbout Us:Barkaritaville Pet Resort is a locally owned and operated pet care facility with over 30 years of experience.
