Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Manager.
- Dealing with clients in person and on the phone.
- Setting customer appointments.
- Inputting customer reservations into the computer.
- checking and responding to emails.
- Checking in dogs for boarding, daycare, & grooming.
- Filing.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must have a love for animals and able to greet clients.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Computer skills
- This is a team effort to build customer relations.
- Kennel experience a plus!
