At Assisting Hands Home Care, we aren't looking for people looking for a quick gig. We are looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who want consistent, meaningful work that directly impacts someone's quality of life.
Why You'll Love Working With Us
- Predictable, Steady Hours: We schedule in consistent 4-hour blocks throughout the day. If your daytime hours are open, we will build a stable schedule around your availability. Most caregivers start at 15–20 hours a week and can easily grow from there.
- Real Financial Support: We offer $15–$18/hr (depending on experience/certifications), bi-weekly pay, mileage reimbursement between clients, and time-and-a-half on holidays. Plus, earn extra through our referral bonus program.
- Paid Training: CNA or PCA experience is great, but if you have a natural heart for caregiving and solid life experience, we will pay to train you.
- A Team in Your Corner: Our local management team is available 24/7. When you are out in the field, you are never on your own.
Your Daily Impact
This is deeply personal, rewarding work. You will be a steady, trusted presence in a client's day by helping them with:
- Bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Preparing meals and light housekeeping
- Assisting with mobility to ensure they move around their home safely
What We Need From You
- A valid Georgia driver’s license and your own insured, reliable vehicle
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- A negative TB test or recent chest X-ray
- Ability to clear a background check
