We're operating advanced hybrid digital/flexographic printing equipment and need experienced operators ready to grow their technical skills in a dynamic production environment.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate hybrid digital/flexographic printing equipment
• Monitor print quality, color consistency, and registration
• Review job tickets and production specifications
• Adjust machine settings to optimize performance
• Troubleshoot mechanical and print issues
• Inspect finished materials for quality standards
• Track production metrics (output, waste, efficiency)
• Handle materials safely (inks, substrates, plates)
• Support changeovers and team operations
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience preferred
• Background in printing or manufacturing equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of print quality and color control (preferred)
• Ability to read production specs and job tickets
• High attention to detail
• Positive, adaptable mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent required
