Ortho, general surgery, and OBGYN cases
Hospital setting
Supervise CRNAs -- MDs place upper limb blocks
Upper & lower limb blocks, erector spine, TAP block required
OB, ortho, and general anesthesia skills required
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
