Emerald Trace is seeking compassionate Kentucky Medication Aides (KMAs) to join our dedicated Personal Care Memory Support household.

We currently have opportunities available on both:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Do
- Safely administer medications in accordance with Kentucky regulations and physician orders
- Observe residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
- Document medication administration accurately
- Support residents living with dementia using patience, compassion, and person-centered approaches
- Work closely with nurses and caregivers to provide exceptional care
- Help create a calm, engaging, and welcoming household environment
Qualifications
Qualifications - - Current Kentucky Medication Aide (KMA) certification required
- Active Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry status preferred
- Experience in long-term care, assisted living, personal care, or memory care is preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable with a strong commitment to resident-centered care

- 12-hour shifts
