We are seeking Kentucky Medication Aides (KMAs) who are reliable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent care — especially in a consistent weekend role.
Weekend Warrior Schedule (Doubles)
- Every Saturday & Sunday
- 1st/2nd Shift Double Coverage
- Consistent, predictable schedule
- No rotating shifts
This role is ideal for KMAs who prefer:

Pay & Incentives
- Base pay: $20.50–$25.00/hr (based on experience)
- Weekend differential: +$1.00/hr
- Medical opt-out: +$3.00/hr (if qualified)
Total effective hourly rate can exceed $29.00/hr
Role Summary
As a Weekend Warrior KMA, you will:
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Document in EMR
- Monitor residents and report changes
- Support nursing staff and overall care environment
Important:
As part of our care model, KMAs are expected to:
- Routinely assist with STNA-level duties
- Be flexible to support staffing needs
- Occasionally work a full shift in an aide capacity if needed
